When your parcel is out for delivery, we’ll send you an SMS and email with a link to live tracking. While we cannot change the timings of HIVED deliveries or guarantee specific time slots, the live tracking will show our HIVED delivery team member’s progress in real time on their way to you, and will indicate a 2-hour time window to expect delivery.
You can find the live tracking feature on our tracking page by clicking the black button labelled "Track your order" underneath the 2-hour delivery window.
If necessary, using the ‘Delivery preferences’ section on the tracking page will give you the option to reschedule your delivery to a different day. From this section, you can also add instructions such as specifying a safe place or a preferred neighbour to deliver to if you aren't home.
