Your tracking page can be accessed via the email updates from HIVED or via this link. If you haven’t received an email from us yet, don’t worry — you will as soon as we have collected your parcel from the retailer you placed the order with.
When your HIVED delivery team member leaves our depot with your parcel, you will have access to live tracking to see your parcel in real-time, with an estimated 2-hour delivery window and how many stops are left until your place in the queue. To access live tracking, head to your tracking page and click the black button that says “Track your order”. There's a screenshot attached below if that helps too!
