Understanding Your Tracking Status
Here is what each tracking update means for your delivery:
Collected: We have successfully collected your parcel and will be delivering it to you soon!
Arrived at depot: This is the halfway mark! Your parcel is now in the safe hands of our HIVED sortation team and will be heading out for delivery in the morning.
Delivered: Great news, your parcel has arrived! If you cannot find it at your address, we may have safely left it with a neighbour.
Delivered to a neighbour: Please check your delivery photos and notes for a specific name and door number provided by our delivery team.

Delivery unsuccessful: Don't worry, we will automatically try again tomorrow, or you can choose a day that suits you best.If you need to share any important delivery instructions with us before our next attempt you can add them on your parcel's tracking page using the 'Delivery preferences' panel.
