You should have received an email to say we’ve collected your parcel. To view your delivery info/instructions, click the yellow button in the email labelled 'Add delivery preferences' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.
You can update the following things:
- Delivery instructions
- Delivery date
- Specify a safe place or neighbour to deliver to in case you are not home when we knock.
