How to find your delivery photos and notes
To see your delivery photos and notes, please check the delivery confirmation email sent by HIVED.
Simply click the black 'View delivery' button in that email to access all the details about where your driver left your parcel.
For our retail partners: If you are an e-commerce brand shipping with HIVED, you can view all these delivery details directly within your HIVED Dashboard.
